He also has meetings scheduled with Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez; Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Joseph R. Biden Jr., Delaware Democrat; and House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Tom Lantos, California Democrat.
